I don't know?????

Parker found this piece of furry material in one of the boxes, I have no idea where it came from....but she thought she was beautiful with it wrapped around her. Diva???

Jack -11 months old

Every month I think...man I can't believe Jack's another month older..where have the past 11 months gone? Jack continues to maintain his "laid back" attitude most of the time, but don't let him fool you....he can be a little fireball when he needs to be. He's jabbering up a storm, mostly still sticking with "momma" and "dadda", but his big accomplishment over the last 2 weeks is WALKING! Yes he has walked the soonest out of all 3 kids (he beat the other two by about 2 weeks). He toddles around everywhere, its the cutest thing to see. Of course the first time I saw him taking steps I got a big lump in my throat and teared up. Just knowing that he's my "baby" and already walking, it makes me a little sad. I just don't want them to grow up too fast....I could handle "sleeping through the night" though,Ha!

A haircut for Trey

I took Trey to get his haircut last week....the beauty shop (that's for you Christal) was located right across the street from Toomers Corner. So after the haircut, I took Trey over for his first lemonade at Toomers....it was a special outing for the two of us...

A Day with Granna, Doc and Aly

Granna, Doc, and Aly came down last Sunday to babysit the kids while TJ and I went to his Open House with the other "docs" around town. Since they were down we went ahead and celebrated TJ's Bday with an ice cream cake.

Everyone helps with the laundry

I was "trying" to fold a load of towels and everyone decided to join in the fun. They kept calling the towels "hats" for whatever reason. Either way it kept them entertained for a short while.

The only ones who have somewhere to eat...

When these pics were taken, Parker and Jack were the only 2 in the family that had somewhere to sit at mealtime. We had not yet purchased a kitchen table, so at mealtime...Parker and Jack sat in their highchairs and me, TJ and Trey had a "picnic" on the floor....since then our kitchen table has arrived, Hoorah!

Painting....

While unpacking boxes, we rediscovered the "painting easel"...This was Parkers first time to ever see it, so it was like getting a new toy! I told them if they wanted to paint it would have to be in the backyard where they couldn't spill anything anywhere....they had a blast!

Ouchy

Poor little nose....Jack took a tumble in the nursery while we were at the gym. They said he climbed up in this small chair and it tumped over....their floor is carpet, hence the carpet burn on his nose. He also busted his upper lip pretty good, it bled pretty bad, but everything was fine in the end! His little nose is so sore, but still manages to give me a little smile for the picture.

First Steps

I would like to start out by apologizing for the video being "sideways"...enough said....

Anyway, Jack has been taking a step here and a step there...but now is starting to string steps together over the last week....and he's only 10 months old! He's definitely learning things more quickly being the youngest of three...I guess he's trying to keep up with the other 2. Here's a very short video of some of his first steps...Yes, you have to turn your head sideways to view, sorry!

Waiting on the Cable Guy...

The kids loved anytime a new "service man" came to the house....the cable guy, the phone guy, the hot water heater guy, etc....This picture cracked me up of them looking out the front window...waiting on the "cable guy" to come...

First Week....

Here's some snapshots of our first week in the house...all three kids are fascinated by the stairs. As you can tell we have had to put up a gate at the bottom (and top) to keep Parker and Jack down...but that doesn't prevent them from still playing on the one little step at the bottom. Jack likes to climb up the bottom stair and rattle the gate...and Trey and Parker both like to sit on the bottom step....

Hangin with Grandaddy

While we were living at the lake with my parents....this was one of the kids favorite things to do. They would ride the tractor with Grandaddy to the top of the hill to check the mail.....yes, they are strapped in (with bungee cords, but still safe, Ha!)

Few more from Rock City

Who can't resist a good picture with your head stuck into a wooden cutout....hillbilly style!?! We actually caught Parker smiling in the first one....Trey took the bottom picture, he's becoming quite the little camera man!

Chattanooga

Or as Trey says, "Chattanewa"...My posts are a little out of order, but these are some pics of our trip to Chattanooga. We managed a little trip before we moved to Auburn. We took the kids to the Aquarium, stayed in the Chattanooga Choo Choo, rode the Incline and went to Rock City. The pictures above are from the Aquarium...they had a salt water and fresh water exhibit. They had a blast!
These pictures are from the Chattanooga Choo Choo and the Incline. Notice Parker "out of it" on the bed....that was after she walked all over the Aquarium all morning.
The kids had a blast at Rock City...Trey was hilarious, he kept getting on top of all the rocks, saying, "Mom take my picture on this rock"...which explains why there are a million pictures of just Trey on rocks......It was a quick trip, but we had a lot of fun and made a lot of memories!

Home Sweet Home...

Well, we successfully made the move to Auburn. Everything went very smooth with the closing of the house and the closing of the business. The kids have done well adjusting to the new house and well, all the boxes!!
I am still unpacking boxes and looking for stuff. They think its fun to climb on them....all these toys, and they love the boxes, go figure! Well, not sure when I can get a chance to post more pictures and such, just wanted to give everyone an update.
