Trey, Parker and Jack

This is the first official picture that I have been able to get all three actually looking at the camera! I feel like I've accomplished something today, Ha!

First Day Home from Hospital...

I like to title this first picture...."Brothers Bonding"..It was the cutest thing, Trey wanted to be the first to show Jack his new bed. He climbed in there with him, held his hand, patted his head....it was sooo sweet!

Well, our first day home was a little crazy at first. Of course, as soon as we rolled into the driveway, we see Trey and Parker standing at the window waving, and I immediately start tearing up and then the waterworks started! I was just so glad to be home and to see the kids....I am not used to being away from them that long! Both kids seems wowed by baby Jack...Parker tries her best to peek over the bassinet at him and Trey likes to hold him and show him all of his new stuff!

Jack Harrison Fuqua

Wow, we are now a family of 5! Jack Harrison was born on Friday, August 15th at St. Vincents! He weighed in at 9 lb 1 oz and was 21 inches long....more pics to come!

Boo Swimmers Ear...Yeah Krispy Kreme!

I took Trey to the Dr. this morning because he was complaining of an earache. Found out he has swimmers ear....OUCH! He was soo good at the Dr.'s office that he got treated to Krispy Kreme....and of course he insists on wearing the hat for the rest of the day! I'm really trying hard to keep everyone HEALTHY before I go to the hospital on Friday.....wish me LUCK! Just 2 more days!

Happy Birthday Mommy!

Today we celebrated my 31st birthday. Mom and Dad came by and took me and the kids and Jake to lunch and then back to the house for birthday pie. Trey can't have meringue so Mom made him a special chocolate pie...and of course he had to help me blow out the candles......The last 2 birthdays I've been VERY pregnant...(2 weeks from today Jack will be here)....hopefully on my 32nd birthday I will not be "with child"! Ha,Ha!

My Little Mess Maker

Parker's new thing is pulling everything out of all cabinets, drawers, whatever she can reach. She pulled ALL of my tupperware out of the kitchen cabinet....and notice the dirty look she gave me when I asked her what she was doing....and in the bottom picture she had pulled nearly EVERYTHING out of the changing table....notice again, the dirty look she gave me, like I was wrong for telling her to stop! Lord have mercy on us during the "teenage years".

Duhhhh.....I'm not really sure why both kids have this dumbfounded look on their faces....but it makes me laugh. They both look guilty of something.....I'm sure I'll find out what later!

Trey "Decorated" Parker

I'm in my bedroom folding clothes and hear Trey yell, "Hey mom come look, I decorated Parker"....Really worried as to what I was going to find when I walked around the corner, I was relieved to see that it was just stickers. By the time I got the camera she had pulled almost all of them off.....there were probably 30-40 stickers all over her face/head...Everywhere! She didn't seem to mind, she sat there and let him do it!

Discovering Watermelon

The kids stayed at the lake this weekend...enjoyed swimming and as you can tell, some watermelon! Needless to say, Parker loved it! She was soo sticky by the end of it they had to put her in the lake to rinse her off. You just gotta love the summer!

Baby Jack Update

For those who don't already know.....the Dr. has set my c-section date for Friday, August 15th.....So at least now I know that Jack Harrison will arrive no later than that date, I guess there's always a possibility of him coming early though (HIGHLY UNLIKELY), but a girl can "hope" can't she? We'll be at St. Vincents through that Monday! Yeah...we are very excited about meeting baby Jack and seeing if he looks just like his brother and sister! Those Fuqua genes sure are strong!

Lei Baby!

Parker has this new obsession with the Lei they gave her in VBS...no matter where in the house it is, she finds it and puts it on! It cracks me up to see her half naked crawling around the house with her Lei on! Here she is playing with Trey's toys (she likes his toys better than hers)! This whole obsession has now led to me planning a "Beach party/Luau" style 1st Birthday Party!

The Fourth of July

Fathers Day Weekend at the Lake

Well, here's some pictures from Father's Day weekend at the Lake. We went to the Blackberry Festival and then down to Mom and Dad's for some swimming, boat riding, watermelon eating etc...Yes, I know I am a bad mother, I didn't actually get any pictures of TJ and the kids on Father's Day! TJ was working, and then Sunday me and Parker had some sort of stomach virus (vomitting is no fun at 7 months pregnant....with a 9 month old trying to pull up on the toilet to see what's going on)....Anyway, Happy Father's Day to everyone!.....The last picture of Parker is what I like to call..."Slap worn Out"...

Orange Beach, May 2008

Well, yes, another trip to the beach....Me, TJ and the kids went down on Memorial Day (and my mom came too)...The Walkers came down too....and the Fuquas came down at the end of the week too! We had a great time, the weather was beautiful...the kids enjoyed the beach and of course, the pool! Can't wait to go back! Parker loves the sand....she only occasionally tries to eat it!
